The Fairmount Health Center provides healthcare services to underserved communities. Renovations were phased in two parts, and occurred while the building was occupied. The project included a complete renovation of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as new finishes at the lower level, and new windows throughout. Work was completed during normal business hours, with INTECH’s field staff and subcontractors working alongside the facility’s staff and patients without incident.
