The Residences at Two Liberty Place was the conversion of the 48th through 57th floors from shell space to luxury condominiums. This is the second phase of condominiums that INTECH constructed in this building. The project included
55 units.
The residential units feature luxurious finishes in several design palettes, expanded floor-to-ceiling windows, and designer kitchens with high-end appliances. A dedicated lobby and elevator bank exclusively serves the residences. This project also updated the street-level dedicated entrance lobby and exterior on 16th Street, and included a complete renovation of the existing 37th floor amenity space enjoyed by current residents.
