This 20-story office building, originally constructed in 1964, required significant architectural renovations and engineering systems’ upgrades to re-market the property for modern office and institutional tenants. The project’s scope included complete demolition/abatement of the building’s existing systems, new entrances, window replacement, limestone spandrel cleaning/coating, main and upper lobby renovations, state-of-the-art mechanical/electrical systems, and elevator cab upgrades. This work entailed $8,000,000 of demolition and abatement work.
