Corinthian entailed the construction of 108 luxury condos on six levels, above two stories of structured parking. The building is a concrete frame with a precast concrete and brick facade. Residential units include high-end finishes such as marble, granite, and hardwood floors and cabinets. The common area includes a gym, meeting room, and an ornate lobby with concierge station. The site was very constrained, bounded on one side by a 30-foot retaining wall.
