The National is comprised of 132 condominiums, 28 town homes, 203 parking spaces, and ground-floor retail within three concrete buildings. A two-level parking garage was constructed using the footprint of the entire property. Above the garage are two, six-story concrete buildings, a 10-story concrete highrise, and two, four-story woodframed townhouse structures. Because the building envelope extends to the property lines, the project required significant excavation and shoring of existing structures.
