INTECH renovated Hersha’s existing space located at 510 Walnut Street. The project included creating a new large conference area and office areas. Renovations were completed on the existing lobby, cafeteria area, men’s and women’s bathrooms, and the existing conference room. Being that this was a working office, all renovations took place in an occupied space.
This project featured the use of porcelain in three different applications. The main entry displays a corporate signage wall with porcelain panels surrounded by wood veneer panels.
