The University of Pennsylvania’s Fisher Fine Arts Library is a historic landmark that serves as the home to five educational hubs within the university. Completed in 1891, the building’s rich history is carefully preserved through thoughtful, minimal modifications aimed at enhancing its functionality while maintaining its architectural integrity. The scope of the project includes masonry restoration, window repair, repainting, roof replacement, fall protection addition, and addition to the lightning protection work.
