INTECH has partnered with the Forman Arts Initiative (FAI) to provide preconstruction services for an adaptive reuse project on the 2200 block of North American Avenue. The project involves transforming three buildings and two outdoor areas into vibrant spaces that will include art exhibition galleries, community gathering areas, a café, a restaurant, and various support facilities. FAI’s mission works toward the goal of unifying artists, creative practitioners, and local community members to present art, cultural events, and public programs that center local communities in West Kensington while also engaging diverse artists and communities throughout Philadelphia.
