The new building is an addition to an existing student residence which created common areas including a living room, multi-purpose room, seminar room, house offices, kitchen, and support spaces. Additionally, exterior spaces of a courtyard and a terrace, which connect to the larger landscape of the Residential Quad, were also included in the project. High-end finishes included a custom stainless steel fireplace and surround, anigre paneling and millwork, and patterned tile floors. The project included utilities, site work, foundations, landscaping, irrigation, general building construction, telecommunications, and audiovisual infrastructure.
