Two outpatient clinics are being renovated for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cambria and Lancaster locations. Both projects utilize a three-phased construction approach of existing, occupied outpatient facilities. The clinics will include examination rooms, laboratories, procedure rooms, and a staff lounge. Healthcare-grade finishes of millwork, flooring, and ceramic tile will line the spaces. New circuits, electrical devices, and lighting will be wired throughout, and a 3form-paneled reception desk will welcome visitors.
