Size: 396,000 SF
Client: PNC Bank
Architect: RMJM

This considerable project required the demolition of 23 floors of 1600 Market Street, which were then completely renovated and retrofitted with state-of-the-art communication technologies and business facilities. While the construction easily could have become intrusive, the entire project was executed without disruption to the building’s existing tenants and the new PNC tenants as they came on line.

“INTECH not only brought experience and expertise to the project, but was the right-sized company to attend to our needs, and provide us with responsive, personalized service. Their expert cost estimating and overall management skills have proven them to be a firm that we will do business with again. I easily recommend them to others.”

Charlene Donovan Vice President PNC Bank
