Rittenhouse Plaza Annex

A repeat client, the Rittenhouse Plaza’s renovation of their adjoining three-story shell creates new retail spaces on the first two floors and a high-end apartment on the third floor. The project includes the addition of a four-stop MRL elevator, new MEP systems, and restoration of the building’s historical exterior. The apartment will feature a two-bedroom and two-bathroom layout with a kitchen and living room, while the retail spaces will be ready for future tenants. The scope also includes roof patching, window replacement, and plaster patching and the historical preservation of the exterior of the building.
