INTECH constructed an interior and exterior renovation to the Kings Court / English College House for the University of Pennsylvania during the 2011 summer recess. The exterior renovations included a roof replacement, partial window replacement, and exterior façade restoration. The interiors of both Kings Court and English house were updated to include new millwork, ceilings, interior finishes, and MEP upgrades.
Gardens, murals, and occupied units were all temporarily protected to allow residents to gain access to the site. INTECH’s management and field staff worked closely with these residents and the University to ensure that work was completed on time with minimal disruptions to the students and staff.
