West Tower – Project Size: 189,000 SF / Phase 1: Summer 2010

This second phase of upgrades to the existing mid-rise dormitory on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus was constructed during the 2011 summer recess. It is part of a multi-phase renovation project which includes architectural finishes, painting, and flooring. This project marks the ninth consecutive year in which INTECH has renovated a student residence on Penn’s Campus.

East Tower – Project Size: 195,000 SF / Phase 2: Summer 2011

This first phase of a proposed multi-phased project was constructed during the 2010 summer recess. Renovations included architectural finishes, painting, and flooring upgrades to the existing mid-rise dormitory on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Having proven its ability to manage multiple trades within a compressed schedule, and meet the quality and schedule demands of the University, INTECH has earned Penn’s trust that project will be delivered on time. Extensive pre-planning, experienced staff, and attention to detail was INTECH’s formula for success.
