Client: University of Pennsylvania
Architect: Bohlin Cywinski Jackson

INTECH recently completed the first new student residence construction project by the University of Pennsylvania in over 40 years. Lauder College House is a 350-bed college housing complex, and is located on the block bounded by Chestnut and Walnut Streets, and 33rd and 34th Streets. Designed with student amenities housed within the building, this new student residence includes social and academic spaces, accessory dining for students, and other common and support spaces. In addition, exterior work to the walkways and landscape surrounding the site included significant new hardscaping and landscaping. The project was designed using sustainable and energy conservation principles and has achieved LEED Gold certification.

“It is clear that INTECH is committed to building great architecture. We are so grateful for your leadership in building such a complicated and beautiful building. Please share our gratitude with all our friends at INTECH, and with all the subcontractors who made the Lauder College House great.”

Dana Reed, AIA, LEED AP Senior Associate Bohlin Cywinski Jackson
