The Bridge: Cinema De Lux

Adjacent to the University of Pennsylvania campus, The Bridge: Cinema de Lux is a six-theater movie and retail complex with stadium-style seating, state-of-the-art projection rooms and equipment, as well as concession stands and a stylish bar.

Ritz Theatre

This 12-theatre complex required intensive planning and coordination among the entire project team. Providing customers with a high-quality experience was a primary concern to the owners, so climate control systems were acoustically insulated and projection systems were carefully protected from construction dust.

The Graham Company

This project included the demolition and renovation of the 19th and 20th floors of One Penn Square West. High-level finishes were provided throughout, including wood wall panels, full height wood doors, and glass office partitions. The large format floor tiles in the lobby required extensive floor preparation and coordination with glass walls and adjacent finishes.
