Susanna Foo

Initial logistical concerns surfaced due to Susanna Foo’s location on a busy Center City street. While extensive renovations were being conducted, INTECH was able to keep the restaurant open for business by moving the dining facilities to the second floor.

Venus & The Cowboy

Venus & the Cowboy was a renovation to transform an existing restaurant into a new, Mediterranean-themed venue with an open-display kitchen and wood-fired cooking equipment. This project included design/build mechanical and electrical systems, ornamental plaster walls and ceilings, custom millwork made with Peruvian walnut wood, and a stamped colored concrete floor.
