Size: 213,000 SF
Client: Scannapieco Development Corporation
Architect: Cecil Baker + Partners

This 26-story ultra-luxe tower, is the second ultra-luxe tower in Philadelphia by Scannapieco Development Corporation. This latest tower, like its predecessor, 1706 Rittenhouse, features an intimate collection of only 38 exclusive residences with spectacular views of Independence Hall, several blocks of park like settings, and greenery. Residences range from 2,700 SF to full-floor units of over 4,300 SF with 11-foot ceilings, walls of windows, and expansive terraces. Owners were given the opportunity to choose the plan developed by the architect or to fully customize a residence to their desired program.

There are extraordinary amenities, starting with a fully robotic automated parking system where owners can retrieve and park their cars just feet from the lobby. The vehicles are stored underground mechanically where there are 90 parking spaces available for owners and their guests. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility with a steam room, sauna room, massage room, and yoga terrace. There is a 50-foot lap pool, hot tub, guest suite, billiard room/library, board room with catering kitchen, entertainment lounge area, and a fully landscaped 4,000 SF outdoor terrace overlooking Independence Hall.
