A multi-phased renovation of four floors was completed keeping the user and their “on-site customers” fully operational. Work included new mechanical and electrical systems, comprising generators, UPS and HVAC central plant upgrades. The architectural design highlighted the existing cast-in-place concrete structure by exposing its main elements.

High-level finishes were provided throughout, including wood wall panels, full height wood doors, and glass office partitions.
